Emun Capital is led directly by Danielle Horowitz and Ami Hadad. We source opportunities, evaluate the details, coordinate transactions, and remain involved through execution.
Danielle leads investor communication, deal coordination, and firm operations across Emun Capital and Emun Management. She is the primary point of contact for opportunity introductions, diligence materials, and ongoing communication.
She lives in Las Vegas and works directly with investors, lenders, brokers, title and escrow teams, and operating partners.
Ami leads acquisitions, property review, underwriting, and asset execution. He evaluates opportunities, negotiates terms, and helps oversee the work required after a transaction closes.
His experience spans residential and commercial real estate, property management, and construction oversight. His perspective begins with the property and the practical work needed to execute the plan.
Our role is operator, not passive sponsor. We source the deal, execute the business plan, and manage the asset. Investors provide the capital, we provide the execution and accountability.
Through Emun Management, we control property operations directly. This means faster decisions, lower costs, and no misaligned third-party managers.
Current values, appraisals, estimates, target returns, and proposed terms are not the same thing. We label them clearly and defer to final third-party and legal documents.
We live and work in Las Vegas. We drive the properties, know the submarket dynamics, and maintain relationships with local brokers, contractors, and tenants.
We focus on Las Vegas because it is where we live, build relationships, visit properties, and understand neighborhood-level differences. Local focus does not eliminate market risk, but it helps us evaluate properties and respond to changing conditions with direct knowledge.
Emun Management supports leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and property operations. That experience gives Emun Capital a practical view of operating costs, property condition, timelines, and the realities behind a business plan.
